Chia Seed Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of Dinesh Flour Mills Chia Seeds
- 1 cup of milk (you can use dairy milk, almond milk, soy milk, or any other milk of your choice)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled shake)
Instructions:

In a glass or small bowl, combine the chia seeds and milk. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. This will allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a gel-like consistency.

In a blender, add the ripe banana, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using). You can adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

Pour the chia seed mixture into the blender along with the other ingredients.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. If desired, you can add a few ice cubes to make the shake chilled and refreshing.

Once blended, taste the shake and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more honey, milk, or chia seeds if needed.

Pour the chia seed shake into a glass and serve immediately. You can garnish it with a sprinkle of chia seeds or sliced bananas if desired.
