Cornflakes Namkeen Recipe

Ingredients:

✅ 2 cups Dinesh Flour Mills Cornflakes
✅ 1 tbsp oil
✅ ½ cup peanuts
✅ ½ cup roasted chana (gram)
✅ 8-10 curry leaves
✅ 2 green chilies (chopped)
✅ ½ tsp turmeric powder
✅ ½ tsp red chili powder
✅ ½ tsp salt (adjust as per taste)
✅ ½ tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and roast the peanuts until golden. Add roasted chana and stir for a minute.
2️⃣ Add curry leaves and chopped green chilies. Sauté until crisp.
3️⃣ Lower the flame, add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
4️⃣ Add Dinesh Flour Mills Cornflakes and toss everything together for a minute.
5️⃣ Turn off the heat, let it cool, and store in an airtight container.
