Ingredients:

1 cup raw Dinesh Flour Mills Pumpkin Seeds

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).

Rinse and dry the pumpkin seeds thoroughly.

In a bowl, mix the seeds with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.

Spread them in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Cool down before serving. Enjoy as a crunchy snack or salad topping!
