Dinesh Flour Mills Besan is freshly prepared from Bengal gram (chana dal) and finely ground to give it a smooth, consistent texture. Its fine grind makes it suitable for everyday recipes, festive sweets, snacks and traditional Indian dishes.

From crispy pakoras, bhajiyas and sev to soft besan chilla, kadhi, boondi, papad, barfi and besan ladoo, this gram flour can be used across a wide variety of recipes. It can also be used for preparing batters, thickening selected curries and gravies, and in traditional baking and cooking applications.
