Return Policy

Most new, unused, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective product—we will also cover the return shipping cost.

Once your return is handed over to the shipping partner, refunds are generally processed within four weeks. In many cases, the refund is completed sooner. This period includes:

5–10 business days for the item to reach our facility,

3–5 business days for quality checks and processing, and

5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

To return an item, log in to your account, go to My Account, select Completed Orders, and click on Return Item(s) for the relevant order. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item has been received and your refund has been processed.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping in India. Please Note that there are restrictions on some places due to high shipping costs in Assam or Kerala so we cannot ship to certain destinations.
