
Mix Vegetable Chilla with Multigrains
"Healthy, hearty and wholesome, Multigrain Chila for a nourishing meal"
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dinesh Flour Mills Multigrain Flour (Or Dinesh Flour Mills MultiMillets Flour)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the multigrain flour, onion, carrot, capsicum, tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add water gradually and mix to form a smooth batter. The consistency of the batter should be similar to dosa batter.
- Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
- Grease the pan with a few drops of oil.
- Pour a ladle full of batter on the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin pancake or chila.
- Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom side is golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another minute on the other side.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
