Multigrain Bread
"Multigrain Bread ,the natural way to nourish your body"
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Dinesh Flour Mills Multigrain Atta
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method:

In a mixing bowl, add the multigrain atta, instant yeast, and salt. Mix well.

Add honey, warm milk, warm water, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.

Place the loaf in a greased bread tin and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.

Slice and serve with your favorite spread.
