  • 2 cups Dinesh Flour Mills Multigrain Atta
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. In a mixing bowl, add the multigrain atta, instant yeast, and salt. Mix well.

  2. Add honey, warm milk, warm water, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1-2 hours.

  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.

  7. Place the loaf in a greased bread tin and let it rise for 30 minutes.

  8. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.

  10. Slice and serve with your favorite spread.
