Subh RamNavmi Sabko

The eighth day of Navratri is known as Ashtami and the ninth day is Rama Navami – also just referred to as simply Navami. This day is celebrated to mark the descent of Rama avatar of Lord Vishnu on Earth. On both the eighth as well as the ninth day of Navratri, Hindus celebrating the nine pious nights invite young girls home for Devi Prasad and Kanya Pujan after observing week long fasting for Goddesses. The prasad generally consists of poori, kale chane, and sooji halva.
