Made with Dinesh Flour Mills’ Stoneground Khapli Atta – No preservatives, Just Pure Taste!

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Dinesh Flour Mills Khapli Atta

  • ¼ tsp ajwain (carom seeds) (optional – aids digestion)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp ghee or oil (for dough)

  • Water – as required to knead dough

  • Ghee or oil – for roasting

For stuffed variation, you can use mashed aloo, paneer, or methi (optional).


👩🍳 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:

  • In a mixing bowl, add Khapli Atta, salt, ajwain, and 1 tbsp ghee.

  • Slowly add water and knead to a soft, smooth dough.

  • Cover and rest it for 15–20 minutes.

2. Roll the Parathas:

  • Divide dough into equal-sized balls.

  • Roll each into a round disc using dry Khapli Atta for dusting.

  • (Optional: For stuffing, place the filling in the center and seal the edges before rolling.)

3. Cook the Parathas:

  • Heat a tawa on medium flame.

  • Place rolled paratha and cook until light brown spots appear.

  • Flip, apply ghee/oil on both sides, and cook until golden and crisp.

4. Serve Hot:

  • Serve with curd, pickle, or seasonal sabzi.
    Perfect with homemade white makkhan (butter) too!
