Add 2–3 tbsp melted ghee and mix well till it feels crumbly. Add little by little water (or milk) and knead into a stiff dough. Step 2: Shape & Roast Divide the dough into small thick rounds (like bati/mini rotis). Roast them on a tawa or bake them in an oven at 180°C until crisp.(You can also deep fry them in ghee for a richer flavor.) Step 3: Crush & Sweeten Once cooled, break the roasted batis into small pieces. Grind them coarsely in a mixer or crush by hand using a mortar-pestle. Mix in powdered jaggery/sugar, ghee, and cardamom powder. Step 4: Garnish & Serve Add chopped dry fruits. Mix everything evenly.
