How to prepare Missi Roti

  1. Take the required quantity of Dinesh Flour Mills Missi Atta in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into portions and roll into medium-thick rotis.
  4. Cook both sides properly on a hot tawa.
  5. Apply ghee or butter if desired and serve hot.
