Simple Modak Preparation

1. Prepare the filling using fresh grated coconut, Jaggery Powder and Green Cardamom.
2. Prepare a soft dough using Rice Atta, water and a small quantity of Ghee.
3. Place the dough inside the complimentary modak mould.
4. Add the prepared filling and close the mould carefully.
5. Remove the shaped modak and steam it until properly cooked.

Important Information

Fresh grated coconut is required separately and is not included in this combo. Cooking time and ingredient quantities may vary according to the recipe followed.
