Multigrain Pancakes Recipe

Multigrain Pancakes Recipe:

  • 1 cup Dinesh Flour Mills Multigrain Atta
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. In a mixing bowl, add the multigrain atta, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to dry.
  7. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, butter, or fruit.
