Multigrain Pancakes Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dinesh Flour Mills Multigrain Atta
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, add the multigrain atta, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to dry.
- Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, butter, or fruit.
