Khand Besan Ladoo Recipe
📝 Ingredients:

1 cup Dinesh Flour Mills Besan (gram flour)

1/2 cup ghee

3/4 cup dinesh Flour Mills Khand (crushed or powdered)

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Chopped nuts (optional – almonds, cashews, pistachios)
👨🍳 Instructions:

Roast Besan
Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add besan and roast on low flame. Keep stirring continuously until it turns golden and aromatic (approx. 12–15 minutes). Don't burn it. -
Cool Slightly
Once roasted, let the mixture cool slightly — just warm, not hot. This ensures khand doesn’t melt too much and keeps the ladoos from becoming sticky. -
Add Khand & Cardamom
Add powdered/crushed khand and cardamom powder. Mix well. Add chopped nuts if using. -
Shape into Ladoos
While the mixture is still warm, take small portions and roll into ladoos. -
Store
Let them cool completely and store in an airtight container. Stays good for up to a week.
