Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dinesh Flour Mills Oats (or Dinesh Flour Mills Oats Flour)

  • 1 ripe banana (optional for natural sweetness)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp Dinesh Honey or jaggery powder

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of Dinesh Flour Mills Organic Salt

  • 1 tsp Dinesh Flour Mills A2 Gir Cow Ghee or Butter for cooking

Optional toppings

  • Fresh fruits

  • Nuts

  • Honey drizzle


Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Prepare oats flour

If using whole oats, grind Dinesh Flour Mills Oats in a mixer until it becomes a fine flour.

2. Make the batter

In a bowl mix:

  • Oats flour

  • Milk

  • Mashed banana

  • Honey or jaggery powder

  • Baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

Whisk until the batter becomes smooth and slightly thick.


3. Heat the pan

Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and lightly grease it with ghee or butter.


4. Cook the pancakes

Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread gently into a round shape.

Cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until bubbles appear.

Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.


5. Serve

Stack the pancakes and top with:

  • Honey

  • Fresh fruits

  • Nuts or seeds

Serve warm for breakfast or snack.
