Use it to make Kodo Millet khichdi, vegetable pulao, upma, pongal, kheer, porridge and other grain-based dishes. Its mild, earthy taste pairs naturally with dals, vegetables, traditional spices and simple tempering.

How to Prepare Kodo Millet

  1. Sort the grains before use.

  2. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

  3. Soak if preferred.

  4. Cook until the grains become tender.

  5. Season and serve according to your chosen recipe.
