The tradition behind bilona ghee

Our product label describes a traditional curd-to-butter process: Gir cow milk is boiled and set into curd, the curd is churned to separate butter, and the butter is slowly simmered to make ghee. This is the bilona preparation described on our pack.

Ingredient: A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee. Add it to warm rotis and parathas, use it for dal tadka, stir it into rice or khichdi, or bring its aroma to halwa, laddoos and other traditional Indian sweets. Contains milk.
