Ingredients

1 cup Dinesh Flour Mills Black Wheat Atta

1 ripe banana
-
¾ cup milk
-
1 to 2 tablespoons jaggery powder, optional

¼ teaspoon green elaichi powder
-
½ teaspoon baking powder, optional
-
Ghee or butter for cooking

Chopped badam and kaju for serving

Honey for serving, optional
Method

Peel the banana and mash it in a mixing bowl.

Add milk and whisk until combined.

Add Black Wheat Atta, jaggery powder, elaichi and baking powder.

Mix into a smooth, pourable batter.

Rest the batter for 5 minutes.

Heat a tawa or flat pan and grease it lightly.

Pour a small ladleful of batter onto the pan.

Cook over low to medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface.

Turn the pancake and cook the second side.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
