As someone who is always on the lookout for healthier alternatives to regular wheat flour, I was excited to try out the Multi Millet Flour as part of Modi Ji Millets Festival. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
I was impressed by the fact that this flour was a combination of various millets, making it a great source of fiber, protein, and other essential nutrients.It was also easy to work with, and I was able to make chapatis, dosas, and even cookies with it. Everyone in my family liked a lot this waffle.
