Dinesh Flour Mills Kalonji Seeds (कलौंजी), also known as Nigella Seeds, bring their distinctive earthy aroma and slightly peppery flavour to traditional Indian recipes. These whole Kalonji seeds are freshly packed to retain their natural taste and characteristic texture.

A versatile Indian spice, Kalonji is commonly used in achar, naan, kulcha, mathri, namkeen, kachori, poori, sabzi and tadka. Sprinkle it over breads, mix it into dough or briefly temper it in oil to add a familiar traditional flavour to everyday cooking.
