How to Use

Rinse thoroughly and soak for approximately 30 minutes. Cook until tender. For khichdi, combine the millet with dal, vegetables, water, salt and preferred spices. Pressure-cook until soft, finish with a traditional tadka and serve warm.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, transfer the millet to a clean, dry and airtight container.
