Instant Rice Atta Neer Dosa

चावल के आटे का नीर डोसा Neer Dosa is a soft and thin South Indian dosa. This convenient version is prepared using Dinesh Flour Mills Rice Atta and requires no lengthy soaking or grinding. Preparation time: 10 minutesCooking time: 20 minutesServings: 3Yield: 8 to 10 dosas Dinesh Flour Mills Products Used Dinesh Flour Mills Rice Atta Dinesh Flour Mills Lahori Namak Ingredients 1 cup Rice Atta ¼ cup grated fresh coconut, optional 2½ cups water Salt to taste Oil for greasing the tawa Method Add Rice Atta, grated coconut, salt and one cup of water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining water. The batter should be watery and thinner than regular dosa batter. Heat a non-stick or well-seasoned tawa. Grease it lightly and pour the batter quickly across the surface. Tilt the tawa gently to fill any gaps. Cover and cook until the surface is set. Fold the dosa without turning it. Instant Ragi Dosa

रागी डोसा A thin and crispy South Indian-style dosa prepared with Dinesh Flour Mills Ragi Atta and Rice Atta. No overnight fermentation is required. Preparation time: 20 minutesCooking time: 20 minutesServings: 3 to 4Yield: 8 to 10 dosas Dinesh Flour Mills Products Used Dinesh Flour Mills Ragi Atta Dinesh Flour Mills Rice Atta Dinesh Flour Mills Suji Dinesh Flour Mills Jeera Dinesh Flour Mills Lahori Namak Ingredients 1 cup Ragi Atta ¼ cup Rice Atta 2 tablespoons Suji ½ cup curd 1½ to 2 cups water ½ teaspoon jeera 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 green chilli, finely chopped 2 tablespoons chopped coriander Salt to taste Oil or ghee for cooking Method Combine Ragi Atta, Rice Atta and Suji in a mixing bowl. Add curd, salt, jeera and one cup of water. Mix until smooth and then add enough water to make a thin batter. Add onion, green chilli and coriander. Rest the batter for 15 minutes. Heat and lightly grease a tawa. Pour the batter from the outside towards the centre. Do not spread it with the ladle. Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until the dosa becomes crisp.
