Gur & Honey Atta Laddoos
A Traditional Sweet Made with Organic Goodness
Some recipes never get old. Laddoos made with jaggery, honey, and atta have been part of Indian kitchens for generations. They are simple, comforting, and full of authentic taste.
This recipe uses Dinesh Flour Mills Organic Jaggery Powder, Raw Honey, and Desi Khand along with freshly milled atta to create soft, rich laddoos perfect for family gatherings or festive treats.
Ingredients
• 2 cups Dinesh Flour Mills MP Atta
• 1 cup Dinesh Flour Mills Organic Jaggery Powder (Shakkar)
• 2 tbsp Dinesh Organics Raw Honey
• 2 tbsp Dinesh Flour Mills Desi Khand
• ½ cup Dinesh Flour Mills A2 Gir Cow Ghee
• ½ tsp Dinesh Lahori Pink Salt (a tiny pinch enhances flavor)
• ¼ cup chopped almonds & cashews
• ½ tsp cardamom powder
Preparation
Step 1
Heat ghee in a heavy pan and add MP Atta. Roast on low flame until the flour turns golden and releases a nutty aroma.
Step 2
Add chopped dry fruits and roast for another minute.
Step 3
Turn off the heat and mix in Organic Jaggery Powder, Desi Khand, and a small pinch of Lahori Pink Salt.
Step 4
Add Raw Honey and cardamom powder. Mix everything well while the mixture is still warm.
Step 5
Let it cool slightly, then shape the mixture into small laddoos using your hands.
Serving Suggestion
Serve these laddoos fresh with warm milk or tea. They are perfect for festivals, winter evenings, or as a homemade sweet treat.
