Also, soak the fenugreek seeds along with the urad dal. Drain the water from both the millets and urad dal-fenugreek mixture, and rinse them again. In a blender, grind the millets to a smooth batter, adding water as required. Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl. Grind the urad dal and fenugreek seeds to a smooth and fluffy batter, adding water as required. Add this batter to the mixing bowl with the millet batter.
